About the Role

At Vidara, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and raw materials, we are looking for a Sales Manager Industrial to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in the Construction & CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers) market across Northern Spain.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong technical sales experience, industry knowledge, and a passion for developing long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key accounts while driving business growth within the Construction & CASE market across Northern Spain.
  • Identify, secure, and develop new business opportunities, expanding market presence and increasing revenue.
  • Drive the promotion, positioning, and growth of the product portfolio, delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions to customers.
  • Lead quotations, negotiations, and commercial agreements, ensuring strong customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance, margins, and market trends, providing strategic insights to support business objectives and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the chemical industry.
  • Proven knowledge of the Construction & CASE market.
  • Background in chemical distribution or chemical manufacturing.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of developing business and achieving results.
  • Ability to confidently present and defend technical solutions to key industry players.
  • Self-driven professional capable of delivering impact within the first months of joining.
  • Willingness to travel across Iberia, with approximately 40% of time dedicated to customer visits.
  • An established network of industry contacts will be considered a strong advantage.

Requirements

  • Based in Northern Spain, preferably in the Basque Country.
  • Native or fluent Spanish.
  • Professional level of technical and business English.
